What time do you?
This activity is designed to accompany the Japanese Junior High School Textbook, New Horizon pages 78-79.
First the ALT reviews the target grammar with page 2 of this pack. Then the ALT reads page three as a listening comprehension. Whilst listening, the students put the arrows in the correct places on the clocks, and fills the correct words and phrases.
Students can either be marked individually or put into teams after the comprehension task. In teams, they have ten minutes to confirm answers and then the first player from team one stands up.
The ALT asks a question based on the comprehension, and the first person to raise their hand and answer correctly gets a point for their team.
