Course Evaluation Questionnaire
Sadly, I´m quitting teaching one group of my students after 3 years because their secondary school studies are almost over. This is a form I´m going to give them this week to find out how they evaluate our time spent together teaching and learning English. I provided them with enough space to express themselves more than saying Agree/Disagree. I believe it will be useful for my next work. Please, leave comments if you think there is something to be added. Thanks a lot
