Past tense bingo
This lesson can take a whole period (50 min).
First, each student must interview others by asking "Did you (verb) (time frame)?"
Ex. Did you take a bath last night?
If the person says yes, write their name in the space.
For a quick game, let them use the same person multiple times.
For a longer game, each person can only be used as a yes answer once.
When everyone has filled their cards, sit down and play person-bingo.
If people have blank spaces left, ask the class their missing questions and have yes students raise their hands.
Person-bingo: Randomly call out student`s names. Each name called is a bingo space.
If the verbs are too hard, turn them into YOUR NAME or FREE SPACE.
