the students write a translation or keyword prompt of each question in the empty column, the fold the sheet in the middle. This way they must try to remember the English question by only looking at the prompt column. Then they practise with a partner.
There are extra spaces for the students to write their own FAQs. In a large class this has high repetition value, the idea being that by repeting the questions frequently, students can internalise the structures.
