English worksheet: Using the London Underground Using the London Underground

This worksheet is especially suitable for students who have just arrived in London or who are about to visit London. The aim is to help foreign visitors to London find their way around. It needs to be accompanied by a copy of a London Underground map (one of the ones given away free at Tube Stations); ideally one per student or one per pair. The Tube Map can be reclaimed at the end of the lesson if needed. This worksheet was produced in 2001, so it may need to be updated. In theory it could be adapted for a transport system in any city. Why not the Paris Metrò if you´re teaching French?
