News broadcast - Step Two
(STEP TWO OF TWO)
Procedure for writing news broadcasts in class, practicing conjunctions:
1. Students bring in news clipping of their choosing.
2. In class, they identify the main elements of that news clipping. (news broadcast - step 1.doc)
3. Next, they write a script for the story they will report on using appropriate conjunctions. (News Broadcast - step 2.doc)
4. Perform in front of class!
