Food Activities
I designed this worksheet/lesson plan for an advanced conversation class for English teachers in Spain. It includes a survey activity about food, a show-and-tell activity with food, a matching exercise with food idioms, and a list of American table manners to compare with Spanish table manners. You could use this sheet in any country to talk about food, but you might want to change the places where I ask about ´Spanish´ cuisine, Spanish table manners, etc. The survey questions were based on a food article that I annotated which included advanced vocabulary.
