St Gemma´s High School Timetable
This is a worksheet designed to work on different objectives using an authentic document (internet link provided - I´ve used the internet page in class to answer the part "Identify the document").
You can work on time, days of the week, have students discover school subjects and moments in a typical British or Irish school day on their own reading the document and using logic. You can also teach basics about Northern Ireland and its specificity (Irish language and the presence of Catholicism, its being part of the Emerald island geographically and culturally while being a part of the UK politically).
After reading/discovering children can use third person plural to speak and compare this timetable to their own (they have... but we don´t have... We have ... but they don´t have...).
