Kind of, Sort of
I had downloaded some listenings for conversation classes from BBC English and often the people would say "kind of" and my students could not understand. They only learned it to mean" a type of" something.
I found most of this information on Urban Dictionary.com. If anyone downloads it and makes my version nicer. I would love a copy of it!!
