Decorate our new house with limited budget
This activity is for students to practice using modals, giving suggestions, and persuading. Students have to work in a pair, and decide how to decorate their new house with limited budget. Teachers give a limited budget. Students have to discuss how to save money and also decorate a beautiful house. After discussion, students can describe the house by using prepositions, furniture vocab, and there´s or there´re. In order to push them practice persuading and make the activity more intersting, teachers can cut the budget one more time.
