Mark´s Vacation--Booklet
This booklet is missing several pictures because the file was too large to be accepted. I recommend inserting a picture of the destinations (Seattle, New York, etc.) And on the second page, I had to remove a clip art picture of an airplane. SO, to make the booklet more interesting, I suggest adding some pictures--just make sure you make them light enough to photo copy easily.
The instructions for how this fits in with the teaching progression are in my downloads in "Writing Lesson Plan." The gist is this: the Ss are preparing to write a formal email to someone at a hotel requesting specific accommodations. The follow up assignment is an informal email.
You need one booklet per group, and each group should have a die.
This is part of a lesson plan I created for an assignment in my TESOL training. I received 100% from a tough marker, although I´ve never actually taught it.
