How to fill in an application form!
I work with the Genre Based Approach. We use real textual and oral genres to teach our students: newspaper, comics, e-mails, recipes, application forms, radio shows, etc.
I used this real subscription form to teach them how to ask for someone´s name and address. So, I took the situation of an application form, oral and written, and they had to fill in. In the oral way, they interviewed their classmates.
