"THE FLIGHT OF ICARUS" song-To practise 3rd person singular!
This is a song to practise 3rd person singular (adding "-s / -es" to the verbs plus vocabulary Iīm sure Students already know. The song is presented like this: -Verbs in brackets (in italics). Ss should use the correct form of the present simple, 3rd person singular. -Pictures: Ss should guess the word by listening to the song, eg thereīs a pic of a sun so Ss should complete the space with the word "sun", and so on. Of course you can adapt it and make it easier or more difficlt according to the level of your Ss, thatīs why itīs TOTALLY EDITABLE! Here youīll find the COLOR + B&W versions. I also included the KEY. You can introduce the story of "Icarus" by watching a video, reading the story, etc, and also include reading, writing and speaking activities, to make a complete lesson / activity.
