Toys and Colours
My second graders were learning how to make a three word sentence using an indefinite article, an adjective--a colour--and a toy. The text book we are using focuses on toys to teach colours in English. I was hoping they could write the sentence in the correct order,i.e. I was flexible about the indefinite article spelling rule at this stage. I made another worksheet to work specifically that speling rule afterwards--unfortunately, I wasn´t able to upload it here because it´s got too many cliparts.
