Strange Requests
A group activity, where students ask for 3 favours, using the structures: could you, would you, or would you mind. Some of the requests are quite normal, such as ´Could you lend me $100?´, however, others are very strange, for example ´Would you mind lending me your toothbrush?´. Each student has to collect the names of 3 other students. The first student to get all of their requests accepted is the winner. As an extra activity, it is also fun to read out the requests, at the end, and see if the students can guess who has agreed to do some of the stranger things.
