Stone Soup-Fill in the Blank
Students read the story of Stone Soup, filling in the gaps with vegetables. This is a great way to introduce some new vocabulary while practicing the food vocabulary that they already know. My class of 14 year olds enjoyed this and I think adults will too as this legend is popular among many cultures.
