Character Traits Using the Three Little Pigs Character Traits Using the Three Little Pigs

This lesson/worksheet helps students practice identifying character traits and using textual evidence to back up their claims. We watched a YouTube version of "The Three Little Pigs" and then retold the story with partners. Following that, we discussed the various character traits (using some TPR-like methods of acting out the various traits), and the students decided upon traits for the pigs--and reasons why they chose these traits. We then did the same for their own novels.
