For or against homeschooling (Debating)
I was asked by a member of this site to tackle this topic. Here it comes, late, and I do not remember who it was??? So, a worksheet aimed at debating. Students are first asked to brainstorm on the subject, what homeschooling evokes to them ! If they are for or against. Then, I give them the worksheet (with the pros and cons) which I leave them explore in pairs. The ws is mainly aimed at helping ss to take position on the subject and also enrich their vocabulary. It is composed of a list of pros and cons meant for advanced ss. To finish, the traditional extra worksheet with useful expressions to give one´s opinion. Hope you´ll find it useful !! Hugs !!
