Page 1 of a more part worksheet (was too large so I had to split it into pages). Page 1 is the reading. The student is the prime suspect in a crime that was committed during the black out in Brazil. He has to read the article to put together a believable alibi for where he was when the crime was committed. Subsequent parts have the comprehension questions, preposition exercise and Past progressive exercise.
