Panther Island – Speaking and Conversation – Reading - Writing You are stranded on a small island in the Pacific Ocean. All you are wearing is a swim-suit and sandals. In your hands you are carrying an old Gramophone. On your back is a rucksack containing only ten other items from the list below. There is fresh water, vegetation, and wild animals on the island but no other people. Choose the ten items you wish to have with you. Discuss what you would do on your first day, and your plans for the future until you are rescued. What was your thinking behind the choices you have made. Converse with other students and ask them why they chose their particular ten items.
