FRIENDS
This was a fun excercise for my middle school students. I wanted to review comparatives/superlatives with them so I decided to watch an episode of friends. It doesn´t require a lot of prep at all. I actually only made this worksheet for this website.
My students are intermediate level. As we watched the 8 minute clip of friends, I paused every minute or so and asked for them to come up with sentences out loud. You can youtube this episode of friends. It´s call "Thanksgiving with Friends". At the end I asked them come up with any more sentences they could. Finally, We read each one and identified them as "comparative" or "superlative." FUN!!!
