A good mingle activity for students returning after a holiday. Gets them talking again.
Each student is given one card (or more if you have fewer students). Students then move around the classroom asking questions to find someone who fits the description on their card. Once they find someone they should ask more questions to "get the gossip". After 10-15 minutes students feedback to the whole class about the most interesting things they found out about their classmates.
