Safe Surfing on the Internet
This is a reading exercise for young people about the danger of the internet. After the reading text, there are 4 short exercises. First some questions to check comprehension, then to learn the definition of some difficult phrases such as ´Cyber-bullying´. Number 3 is a writing exercise and number 4 is a group discussion section - not only for practising speaking skills on the topic, but also to give an opportunity to discuss any problems they encountered on the Internet with their peers and with their teacher. I hope you´ll find this activity very useful.
