I used one of A-ha�s best songs to teach some vocabulary, espacially phasal verbs. Most of my students, who didn�t know this group, were very interested and enjoyed the song. Both videoclip and live version may be found on You tube.

This is a good activity when working with informal contractions. Students are supposed to fill in the blanks with the correct contractions based on the knowledge they already know, then the song is played and they may check their answers.
