Phonetic alphabet short vowel sounds
Introduction the phonetic alphabet starting with just the short vowels. When the phonetic letters have been included in a word I have only used the short vowels, I think to have a word fully transcribed at the start into the phonetic alphabet would be too much.

A text about Sydney and Paris and comparing them. The students then have to write five comparative sentences using the text and then write their own text about their own city, here it is Saragossa but you can change that. The second sheet requires the students to write superlative sentences and to look for grammer in the text
