comparative superlative text part two
Part two, grammer hunt, sentence unscramble and then at the bottom vocab unscramble, you can scramble words you have recently taught and get the students to unscramble them and write a sentence using them.

Phonetic alphabet short vowel sounds
Introduction the phonetic alphabet starting with just the short vowels. When the phonetic letters have been included in a word I have only used the short vowels, I think to have a word fully transcribed at the start into the phonetic alphabet would be too much.

Dipthongs
Introduction to dipthongs, the students practise the sounds with a list of words, then practice writing the words in phonetic style to get used to using them. Once the worksheet is complete you can throw a dice and get the students to make the sound and give you a word using the correspondig dipthong.
