Likes and dislikes
The students can practice the structure LIKE (NOT LIKE) + ----ING. It contains a lot of vocabulary for hobbies, all with pictures. I think it can be used for a transparency (for OHP). The instruction on the worksheet says "Write...", but I really think it can be best used for speaking practice.

Eugene the Librarian
I just loved this act at Britans Got Talent and I think this is a special librarian and a unique opportunity for the students to learn not to judge the book by its cover. A different Christmas Carol
My students really enjoyed this last year. The text itrself is not all in "standard" or correct English, but I changed that into a task for the students. Besides, we revised past simpl a little and there is a writing task as well. But, most of all they really loved it. It goes together with a video on Youtube. The link is included.

Passive - video lesson
You can choose one of the THREE LEVELS (easiest, medium, hardest) for your students and do the exercises watching a video on Youtube. The link is in the worksheet as well as some further instructions. My students liked it, so did I because it actually includes some authetnic text where passive is used naturally.

Present Perfect B 2
If you used the first four presentations (together) to introduce present perfect simple, this will be a nice way to revise the use of the tense. It provides good oral practice. The students write the numbers from 1 to 50 in their notebooks. While the ppt is running (4 seconds per slide, but you can change that), they write the solutions. A very nice exercise after the ss have already learned the verb "to be" in present tense and need to revise it.
