JOBS/PROFESSIONS chain game PART 1 of 3
The idea of the chain game is as old as the hills, but the cards are entirely my creation :) The game works like this: you give the cards out to your students. The student who has got the receptionist card starts. (S)he reads out: I have got the receptionist, have you got the waiter? and puts the card on the desk. The person who has got the waiter ...

BINGO CARDS Ive created to practise past simple of regular verbs with my students. Students play in groups of four - they shuffle the cards and put them face down on the desk. They mark eight of the pictures on the bingo board and start the game. One of the students picks a card and reads out the completed sentence. Students are allowed to mark of...

POSSESSIVE ADJECTIVES AND PRONOUNS Black Peter card game (part 2)
The Black Peter card game is to be played by 3 or 4 students, so if you have more pupils, youll need to put them in groups and print out more copies of the game cards sets. How to play? The game is easy and lots of fun - once all the cards have been dealt out to the players (some players may have more cards than others, but thats ok), the players...

FUNNY PROBLEM CARDS - should OR 2nd conditional
I created these problem cards to play a class game in which students have to come up with a piece of advice (using should) for the situations depicted in the cards. I think that you could use them for the second conditional as well (If my mobile fell into the toilet I would duck-dive to get it back)
