Blank Bingo worksheet
You can adpat this blank bingo chart to practice many things. You may use this as a simple present / past tense game. Student 1 writes verbs in the present. Student 2 choose a verb and in order to mark his symbol (X or O) he has to say the correct form of the verb in the past form.
