People Chart - What do you like?
Here is a simple speaking activity. Each student is given a "new identity" to play. Students will move around the room and find out who each person is by asking questions and matching them on the chart. Students will fill in all the blank boxes on the chart. Question like: "What do you like?" "What do you have?" "What do you like to do?"

SPELLING PRACTICE - List 6
SPELLING PRACTICE List 6. These are all words that have a double letter - like apple. Each word is given blanks for each letter with the second of the double letter already given for the students. For example: _ _ p _ _ (apple). More spelling lists available.

Or, another great way to use this - put the students in small groups, give each group about 5-7 idioms and meanings all cut apaprt and have the group try to match the meaning and the idiom - great for critical thinking.
