Make or Do - Collocation Exercise + a competition
Hopefully enjoable exercises to facilitate memorizing Do and MAKE collocations ;)
Procedure:Ss use dictionaries to find which verb – do or make collocate with a noun.
Check with the whole group and give your Ss a few minutes, so that they can test each other in pairs. One S reads a noun, the other responses with the right verb.
