This is an Old Maid card game for practicing fruits. You can play it in small groups or in one large group. Students try to get pairs of the same fruit. You need the "Old Maid Bonus and Joker Cards" set to go with this.
You can play this with any set of flashcards. Just write numbers on the cards.

A partner activity like battleships for pattern practice of "Have you...yet?" Students choose 5 spaces and draw a picture of Hello Kitty in each space. Then, they take turns with their partner asking "Have you...yet?" and trying to find their partner�s pictures. The first student to find all 5 pictures is the winner.

Simple Past and Past Progressive GO FISH
Go Fish card game to practice simple past and past progressive. Print 4 copies of the sheet for each group of 4-6 students. The goal of the game is to get a matched pair. You can probably tell my kids play a lot of Go Fish in the classroom!
