Sports Day - Past Simple
Fun way to practice past simple (affirmatives, negatives, questions, short answers) with a few verbs of sports. Kids work in pairs and first kid asks questions about the sports day according to the pictures. The other kid answers according to the info in the table. Then they exchange roles. Have fun with it. Lost in the USA
The main idea of this worksheet is to guess which state is being described. Kids are helping "Mr. Parker" who got lost in the USA to find out where he is on each day of his trip. My kids loved it. I hope you find it useful and fun. I made it quite simple since my kids are false beginners.

What do you do? - What are you doing?
Kids learn the difference between "What do you do?" and "What are you doing?" and are able to give an answer. They also choose the correct one of the two sentences - one is written in present simple, the other in present progressive. Kids circle the correct sentence.
