Does your flat have a ....?

I am English - all your sentences are correct and equally  common.   Although it s not correct to say that has/have is for people only.
the difference between Have got and Have is simply that we tend to write have and say have got - have got is more informal.

As a US native speaker, those sentences are fine and used all the time.

If I am talking to a real estate agent about an apartment (flat), I ask: "How many bedrooms does it have?  Does it have a balcony?", etc..

It MAY be more American than British.  In Britain they tend to use "have got" versus "have" alot more than we Americans do.

Hi Moravc

I m a native speaker and would use either without thinking twice about it. Both versions are correct.
