Hi,

I am teaching the topic clothes with a weak 8th grade class. In their books they have a very nice exercise that teaches how to fill in an order form which is based on a catalog that is presented in their book.I like this exercise very much and I looked through ESL Printables to see if there is something similar to it but I couldn �t find one. I looked under the topic "catalog".

In the form the pupils need to give personal details, the catalog number, the item , the color he chooses, how many items he wants to order and the price.

Have you ever encountered anything that is similar to what I have described?
