I was working on a test and I have just finished it , it īs ready to be uploaded but I tried more than 6 times each time I get the same answer: I can upload only worksheets entitled "doc" and my worksheet is "docs". I changed the name but it didn īt work. What can I do please help me.thanks |

What does .docs mean? What kind of Office are you using?
Try to go to Save As - Microsoft Office Word 97-2003. This option is usually at the bottom of the page under File name. I think. |

The same has happened to me. I had been trying to upload for more then 10 days and now I gave up. I saved as Microsoft Office Word 97-2003, the file isn`t big and it still doesn`t work. |

It sometimes happens...
try some time later, check the version of Word + size...
I was able to upload today - just few minutes after midnight Spanish time... no problem at all...
