Gosh you have never eaten this vegetable? It is veeery common here! and cheap!
My friends grow them in the garden !
Yummy on a bread and cheese sandwich! No need to cook it :-) It�s nice and crispy !!! and it is not ALIEN !!
It is called kedlubna or kedluben   here :-D
