mmm ... delicious pavlova - and we�ll be seeing tonnes of it this festive season.
 
Now, to quote from the article:

As an Aussie I can most definitely state that it does matter and yes the debate will continue.  Furthermore, while the article says that the first written recipe in a cookbook appeared in NZ it was actually first made in Perth (my hometown) before the published recipes in NZ.  Wink
