How could someone have minus 67 points?

Look at this.This member has no wss but has -67 points.Does this mean he/she can download wss without any points? Or Will he/she pay for it in installments?:))) Why do we pay in cash then?

I once got minus 6!! Pretty proud of it - from what I �m reading right now ...  BTW : Memthefirst : You �re NOT giving anything for free here - relieved ???

When people delete their ws, they get minus ..... ( whatever the number.)
