There is always some English spelling question so thought I post this...
 
There has been several people asking about proper spelling on some words.  Now sometimes we don �t have time to properly answer or some give a full answer but it maybe delayed.  So for quick reference two dictionaries that are online that I use:
 
some one aske about adding ing to envy
 
My favorite one to use, and tells the origin of the word:
 
Also if it says (arc.) or obsolete means it is not used in one fashion or another.  arc is for a word no longer used and obsolete is for a definition that the word is no longer used for since some words have more than one definition.
