it isn �t very funny...rather painful....strange choice of word...

to obstrigillate is to facilitate the passage of a fetus through the birthcanal by making a calculated incision with a sharp knife during childbirth.   (obstetrics+gillete)

ill = sick
late = not on time
 
"Obstrigillate!" is how you call a horse drawn carriage that failed to overcome three obstacles because the driver was sick.
