stolen flashcards

Hello! Yesterday, I found a worksheet (in fact, these are flashcards):
http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=97083#thetop
You can see all the pictures here:
http://www.kamogatanishi-e.ed.jp/english/resources/imgs/tnthemes.htm
(by the way, its a great website full of nice pictures).

I reported this fact yesterday but this contribution is still available.
Dont download it, you can have all the pictures free of charge...

Im not sure if those flashcards are stolen.
We all use clip art from the internet for making materials.

Theres really not much you can add to a flash card
except the name of the thing pictured on the card.

If the images used are from a royalty-free site, then
there is nothing wrong with using those images on
a flashcard.

or is there something Im missing here?

It doesnt seem to be  a royalty-free site. It looks like  a site to learn English.
