There is a  lot of literature on descriptive vs prescriptive grammar on the internet,  just google the two concepts and things will be made clearer

Never forget that there are people who speak their own language badly/wrongly/incorrectly. Being a native (in real life or in a film) does not implicitly mean that you know the lg and use it appropriately; it just means you can communicate according to social status, educational levels, lg levels/accents/dialects/etc. And films do tend to show differences amongst lg users.

To say a speaker speaks badly/wrongly/incorrectly is a prescriptive approach. When you use descriptive approaches there is no such thing as badly/wrongly/incorrectly. These are subjective judgements, based on the prescriptive rules applied.
