Could you help me, please.
How do your write an address with a flat number? For example the flat number is 5, the adress is 4 Oxford Street. Is it correct 5/4Oxford Street? Or should I write the flat number in a separate line?
Thanks in advance!

I know that you asked about flats, but here in the USA, apartment numbers depend very much on particular apartment complexes. The two most common conventions I ve seen are
114-C Spring Street
Roanoke, VA 24018
or
218 Hilton Place, Apt. 115
Greenville, NC 27834
Obviously the first set of apartments is smaller than the second set. And both addresses are made up, although I used ZIP codes found in those cities.

Hi Rooxia
We often write it the same way as you did, which is the most commonly used format by government and businesses (with no full stops or commas).
5 / 4 Oxford St
SYDNEY NSW 2000
Sometimes people write it as
Flat 5, 4 Oxford St
SYDNEY NSW 2000
or as
Flat 5
4 Oxford St
SYDNEY NSW 2000
but most people I know use the same format used by government and businesses.
Cheers
