In Internet lingo a PRATT is a stupid person. If you talk about someone from country A living in country B, we talk about an ex-pat. Not quite the same, Cunliffe :-) Although, there may be nicer countries than the good old UK? Now I�m a pratt, I guess :-( Cheers.
