Hi,
I work at a private junior high school in Hiroshima, Japan. I have a class of 35 highly motivated grade 7 students who would like to practice speaking English as they don �t get much chance outside the classroom. The levels within the class range from low beginner to high intermediate.
We are looking for a partner school to set up a weekly or bi-monthly Skype session. The students will be given topics to discuss that tie in with both of the school �s curriculum. We hope it will motivate our students further if they can actually use the language they are working so hard on learning.

Hi that sounds very motivatiing. I teach English in France. I �ll check with the computer specialist at school as I suppose I need a webcam in a classroom situation and I �m not much of a technician. I use Skype at home but just with a microphone.
You might get some other answers from someone already competent in this domaine. That woudn �t be a problem but Well here �s my email anyway.

That �s an awesome idea, I wish I could join you but unfortunately the speed is so slow in my room that it �s impossible to have a chat in skype. Maybe you �d like to consider this
