Hello yasmin tounsi,

I used to say fever but the correct way of saying it is "he has a temperature". I hope that helps

I disagree with Prese1. We all have a temperature. Even dead people are at room temperature. In the US, we usually say "He has a fever", but I have heard medical professionals say "He has fever". I m not sure about British English, though.
