Ii it correct to say:
 
"My nationality is Portuguese."
 
or we can only say:
 
"I � m Portuguese? "

99% of the time you �ll hear "I �m French/Portuguese/English etc..." it �s way more informal/common...
 
but you might find sentences like "although i was born in Brazil and I �ve spent most of my life in South America, my nationality is actually Portuguese"
