Uploading Documents in pdf form

I am a Mac user. The worksheets that have been created on my macbook reformat when they are sent in doc. form. Is there anyway to send the worksheets in pdf form to assure reformatting doesn �t occur?

Hi, the website only allows uploading of Powerpoint - .ppt(x) or Word - .doc(x) files, unfortunately.... There � no way you can upload a .pdf
