In a nutshell, Madonna was accused of plagiarism by another composer and Frozen was banned in Belgium. She was about to appeal when along came a claim from another composer that both artists had plagiarised from him! A court reviewed all three tracks and decided that none of the three tracks were sufficiently original to claim plagiarism!
