Hi! whenever I have such questions, I look up an online dictionary because they usually have the phonetic transcription and many of them also have the audio. I usually use this website: dictionary.cambridge.org
I ve just looked it up and according to the phonetic transcrition they are pronunced the same - /ˈbɒd·i/  /kɪˈlɒm·ɪ·tər/
However, when I listen to the audio, it does sound  different (at least to me).

Hope my answer has been helpful.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/kilometer has the American and British pronunciations
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/body also has the American and British pronunciations

The American pronunciation of the o is the same, in my opinion and different in British pronunciation.

/kɪˈlɒm ɪ tər,  is one of the American pronunciations given by dictionary.com

/ˈbɒd I/ is American .  As you can see, the ɒ sound is used in both words.

It can also be pronounced as ˈkɪl əˌmi‐/ .
